The Love Experiment loves the Orchard Library...
I really do! I always go to that library to borrow graphic novels to read. I have borrowed
Alan Moore's 'Watchmen' (ace stuff!),
Jeff Smith's 'Bone' (I love it!) and many others. I just hope those guys who have borrowed 'Concrete' can return the series soon.

Anyhow, we are playing with our sista band
Lunarin on Wednesday 11 October 2006 at 7pm. Since they will be playing an acoustic set, we thought we might as well join in the fun.
Agilan will be away teaching drums in southern Thailand. I think it's a missionary trip or something. I'm not too sure. Hopefully, no run-ins with the military insurgents though... We need our human metronome back in one piece.
Well, since he's away, we'd be playing as a 4 piece (2 acoustic guitars, a bass, a keyboard and a laptop - yeah, we keep up with the times. We know it's oh-so Spring 2004 to do the whole laptop thing. But what the hell?). Come down and check us out if you are around the area. Will
Weiyuan fuck up playing the MIDI controller? Will I stumble on the lap steel as usual? Will
Yeeyong whip out a harmonica and give us a collective blowjob on a piece of steel? Will
Alvin strip down to his boxers to perform again? Questions which can only be answered if you catch us at the Orchard Library...
In addition, we'll be playing yet another acoustic set with
Joe Ng's new project
Very Serious which apparently is a spin-off of
Localbarboy on Saturday 28 October at the Arts House. We start at 8pm. This time round,
Alvin will not be joining us as well. Cell group meetings. Anyway, knowing
Joe, it's probably gonna be a beer-fuelled orgy...
